At VisePick, every product is crafted to deliver the best possible experience for guitarists. Because our picks are designed to be heat-moldable and personalized, all sales are final. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or the product has been used, molded, or heated.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details at support@visepick.com.
We will review your claim and may issue a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the cost of the item will be returned.
