Due to the custom and personal nature of VisePick products (which can be molded by heat), all sales are final.
However, if your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@visepick.com to request a replacement or partial refund.

VisePick products involve heating and molding. Please follow all provided instructions carefully.

  • Do not expose the pick to open flame for extended periods.

  • Do not handle while excessively hot.
